Baily Thomas Charities Trust
The Baily Thomas Charitable Fund is a registered charity which was established primarily to aid the research into learning disability and to aid the care and relief of those affected by learning disability by making grants to voluntary organisations working in this field.
We consider under learning disability the conditions generally referred to as severe learning difficulties, together with autism. In this area, we consider projects concerning children or adults. Learning disability, thus defined, is our priority for funding. We do not give grants for research into or care of those with mental illness or dyslexia

Vale Centre for Voluntary Services
Formed in 1997, VCVS is a member organisation, the "umbrella" representative for voluntary (i.e. not for profit) organisations based in, or serving, the Vale of Glamorgan.
Our role is to support voluntary action in the Vale, which we do in a variety of ways and with a variety of partners. Working to an annual Work Programme based on the Local Voluntary Services Scheme Minimum Standards, we aim to encourage and inspire standards of excellence through our support and development, representation and joint working.
