Friday Club was initially set up as a pilot project in partnership with Community Police and resident volunteers in October 2006 and has been running successfully ever since.

The provision delivers various activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, media and entertainment life and issue based skills etc.

The young people have been actively involved in the planning stages i.e. carrying out consultations themselves and completing planning forms. Some of the young people themselves, with the support and supervision of the staff run sessions for the other members
