Working Party
As the Thompson Street estate is a designated Communities First area, the Council agreed in 2005 to provide the land for development of a local public Sensory Garden. An external consultant was asked to revisit Residents to confirm that the project was still viable and a management Steering Group was established to take the project forward.
A Committee was formed who began to conceive different ways this project would move forward, not long after, things started to take shape...
