Vale Meditation Group:

Aims to provide an opportunity for people to explore different types of relaxation practice. Currently we are doing yoga and chi kung together with relaxation/meditation techniques.

• The group remains open to new ideas
• No previous knowledge or experience is necessary

We aim through these practices to improve the overall mental and physical well-being of our members.

Bingo Club:

The name of the Club is The Meeting Place and is held every Saturday between 6:30 - 9:30 pm. During the first session we run three games of hoy £1 and then a flier and book of five tickets.

During the interval we sell sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, tea coffee and soft drinks, we also have a raffle with 5 prizes every night. After the interval we play another 5 book and flier to end the evening.

Our members age range at the moment from 40 to 99.

It is a very friendly club and any new members would be very welcome.

Slimming World:

Slimming World is the largest slimming organisation in the U.K. All are welcome, as we have extremely warm and friendly groups of all ages, sizes and genders.

Current members are losing weight happily and very quickly. We have a lot of fun and food ideas our motto is "get amazing weight loss with unlimited choices,there is nothing you cannot eat!".
