Castleland Community Centre is managed and run by the Castleland Manager and Castleland Community Association is made up of a committee of volunteers who live or are based in the local area:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it	Sue has lived on the estate for 6 years and is a member of the Drop In Centre core volunteers. Sue has extensive experience in retail management and supported housing issues and was a member of GOFAL a supported housing association for many years.
Castleland Committee Members
Eileen Moore (Chairperson)	Eileen has over 25 years qualified experience in the field of community development and regeneration, both as a paid worker and a volunteer. Eileen has worked with the local community for over 10years and is manager of the estate Drop In Centre, a community anchor organisation (Community Matters Membership 2962) providing a range of support to Residents and management of projects and activities undertaken in collaboration with the community and other statutory and voluntary partners.
Audrey Jackson (Vice Chair)	Audrey has been a resident in the area for over 30 years and is a user group representative to the Executive Committee. Audrey is able to provide the committee with the views and opinions of centre user groups and the wider community. Audrey is also a representative to several Task groups.
Barry Shaw (Treasurer)	As a resident and local councillor, Barry has provided support to the community in a variety of ways. Barry continues to represent the community as a member of the Barry Town Council and as a governor to a local school. Additionally, Barry is also a community representative on the local PACT panel and other statutory and regional partnerships.
Jenet Lockwood (Committee Member)	Jenet has lived in the community for over 20years and is the Chair of the estate Resident Panel and until retirement in 2007 was also a Tenant Board Member for Newydd Housing Association (estate landlords) and remains a member of the landlord’s Community Panel. Jenet also acts as Treasurer to a local community business and the Sensory Garden Project.
Sian Vaughan (Vale Rep.)	As Community Centre support officer Sian attends Executive Group Committee meetings as representative on behalf of the Local Authority. Sian is also responsible for co-ordinating support to all Vale centres and is first point of contact for any queries. Sian is able to provide advice on a range of issues inclusive of any legislation in respect of community centre management.
