Castleland Community Association
Castleland Community Centre is situated adjacent to Thompson Street Estate in Belvedere Crescent and is overseen by Castleland Community Association.
The Association is a registered charity undertaking Management of the centre as well as providing ongoing services and support to user groups, private hire and a range of organizations within the wider Castleland community.
Our aim is to assist Residents and other users of the centre by providing a local facility which is easily accessible and affordable to the community.
User group involvement has increased and the centre is utilised every day, including weekends. Current regular user groups include 3 types of Martial Arts (Karate, Taekwondo and Kick Boxing), Football, Craft, Bingo, Meditation, Slimming, Keep Fit, Learning for Life and Youth Clubs. The centre is also available for private and corporate hire.

The Centre is located along Belvedere Crescent opposite the Sensory Garden
Castleland Community Centre provides a focal point for the community enabling it’s users to come together on a social basis, and also facilitates the development of skills that the community may not otherwise have access to.
